so i just watched wo de tai tai shi ge liu mang.
i wanna be able to do one hand pushups too!! gosh what am i thinking. im having trouble with the guys style alrdy. ok nvm. train!
that got me looking at my arm.
must train back my biceps. it's like, half of what it used to be. damn. and triceps. and..
ok, basically the whole arm needs to be trained. coz i realised i cant throw half court anymore. BAHH SO IRRITATING.
gosh. how i've been slacking this yr.
